Focuses on knowledge and self-awareness, laying a strong foundation for your journey. You'll meet your lead coach and a coach specializing in vision work and self-perception. Together, we'll establish a shared language around mental wellness and mindset. By the end of the week, you'll have the tools to recognize what's holding you back and be ready to move forward with clarity and confidence.

- Program Content: Introduction to the program, team, and approach; understanding thoughts, emotions, and state of being; exploring somatic experiencing; addressing trauma and its effects; fueling the mind; and downloading Hanu to begin tracking.
It’s all about creating a clear vision for your future. We’ll dive deep into how you see yourself and the life you want to lead, as your self-perception shapes your reality. Throughout the week, you’ll practice daily micro-visions and affirmations, harnessing the power of visualization and the law of attraction to overcome doubts. Belief in your vision will be a cornerstone of the program, empowering you to take actionable steps toward the future you’re building.

- Program Content: Introduction to personal transformation; building your vision statement; developing micro-visions and affirmations; exploring energy and the law of attraction; and harnessing the power of belief.
Focuses on equipping you with the mindset and mental wellness tools necessary to execute the vision you created in the first two weeks. This week is all about solid execution and laying the groundwork for your transformation, which will continue through Week 8 and beyond. We’ll cover real-time techniques for getting back on track, such as breathwork and meditation, as well as introduce a powerful framework called acceptance from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you stay focused and resilient.

- Program Content: Introduction to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); advanced affirmations; Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) and self-hypnosis; practices in meditation and mindfulness; and the benefits of breathwork.
The culmination of the first half of the program, where we focus on creating a daily ritual that you can use for the rest of your life to shape the new version of yourself. This week, we’ll bring together all the building blocks from Weeks 1, 2, and 3 to develop a custom morning routine tailored to you. The goal is to build a repeatable plan that maximizes the effectiveness of your transformation and sets the foundation for long-term success.

- Program Content: Exploring the power of daily routines; creating a personalized routine tailored to your goals; and initiating the journey toward becoming a new you.
Focuses on our implementation of psychophysiology, integrating the mind, body, and sleep. As we continue to work on our minds, we'll also layer in practices that connect physical health and sleep. The biggest benefit you'll experience is how these elements work together, and for some people, physical activity and mental work are more effective when combined. We'll explore all of this to help you optimize your wellness.

- Program Content: Understanding the relationship between physical activity and mental health; exploring nutrition's impact on the mind; examining the role of sleep in mental wellness; and optional modifications to enhance your routine.
Focuses on the idea that the universe is made up of energy and that sometimes, to move forward, you need to step back, trust, and surrender to it. As long as you're clear about what you want and who you want to be, letting go allows the energy of the universe to work in your favor. This concept also touches on connecting with a higher power—whether that's the universe, God, or another spiritual belief—emphasizing that surrender and trust are key parts of the process.

- Program Content: Exploring the concept of a higher power; understanding the importance of trust and letting go; and differentiating between commitment and accomplishments to foster deeper engagement.
Is all about setting the stage for big change over the next three months. Ninety days is a quarter, a season—just the right amount of time to accomplish major transformation if you’re focused and intentional. This week, we’ll plan the next 90 days by setting one to three big stretch goals in any area of your life that matters most to you. We’ll document these goals and work together to build a solid plan to achieve them, proving that significant change can happen quickly when you put your mind to it.

- Program Content: Understanding how significant change can occur in short time frames; leveraging the power of focus and visualization for impactful results; and exploring what happens after the 90-day program.
This marks the end of our journey together, but it's really the beginning of your continued growth. While it's a bittersweet farewell, this week is all about ensuring that the hard work you’ve put in throughout the program sticks for the long term. We’ll focus on setting you up for lifelong success by creating a solid plan for maintaining and building upon the progress you’ve made. This is your succession planning week, designed to help you carry the lessons, tools, and habits forward into the rest of your life as the new, empowered version of yourself.
